FG77 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between FG77 and any individual who accesses or uses the FG77 online casino platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at fg77.one (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users, whether registered account holders or visitors browsing the Platform without an account.

By completing the FG77 account registration process, clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism, or by simply accessing and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. • You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of FG77, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously had an FG77 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period currently in effect on the FG77 Platform.

FG77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by FG77 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Any individual who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access the FG77 Platform will have their account immediately terminated, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned at FG77's sole discretion. FG77 may also report such conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the FG77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account on FG77, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your FG77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. FG77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify FG77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Verification

FG77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. FG77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

4.1 Deposits

FG77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. FG77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Deposits are generally credited to your FG77 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. FG77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues outside FG77's control.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to a processing period as determined by FG77 from time to time. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit on your account, unless otherwise approved by FG77's compliance team.

FG77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where FG77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the FG77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

FG77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to occasions such as Philippine Independence Day (June 12), PBA Finals, and other national events.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• FG77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings;
• FG77's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the FG77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the FG77 Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or use of automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by FG77;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing FG77 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location;
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or allowing another person to access the Platform using your account credentials.

All content on the FG77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of FG77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the FG77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without FG77's prior written consent;
• Use any FG77 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement;
• Create derivative works based on any FG77 content or software;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of FG77's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by FG77 and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FG77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the FG77 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, provided that FG77 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

FG77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your FG77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.1 Suspension by FG77

FG77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where FG77 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to FG77, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

In the event of account suspension or closure due to a breach of these Terms, FG77 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in your account pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, FG77 may forfeit the account balance in its entirety.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your FG77 account at any time by contacting FG77 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

FG77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to control their spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to help manage the time spent on the Platform;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of up to five (5) years, during which their account will be suspended and they will be prevented from re-registering.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and FG77 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and FG77, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels under Philippine law.

FG77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, FG77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the FG77 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account in accordance with Section 9.2 above.
